Appointment Setter (Commission-Based + Small Flat Fee)

We are a DTC email marketing agency looking for a driven appointment setter to book meetings with potential clients.
You set the appointments, we handle all sales calls and closing.

This is a commission-focused role with a small flat fee possible.

What You’ll Do:

- Reach out to prospects via email, phone, and other outbound channels
- Set up and manage sales/outreach channels
- Qualify leads and book appointments on our calendar

Requirements:

- Fluent English (spoken and written)
- Experience with cold outreach / appointment setting
- Comfortable with commission-based compensation
- Proactive and reliable

Compensation:

- Commission per booked & qualified appointment
- Small flat fee possible (based on experience)
- No cap on earnings
