Video Editor For FB Ads | UGC Focus

ABOUT US
we’re an established e-commerce brand based out of nyc looking for a video editor to join our team. this role will start part-time, but we’re looking for the right person to grow into a full-time role quickly. there is significant opportunity for growth, and we’re looking for someone who can start right away with speed and enthusiasm.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- making ads every day based on our scripts
- getting familiar with our market, messaging, and brand
- studying marketing, other brands/competitors, and always learning
- turning scripts into finished creatives that resonate and perform well
-- shaping the look, feel, and pacing of each ad (with help from us to start)
-- following winning styles and frameworks (we’ll train you if needed)
-- working with provided content, but gathering b-roll or generating ai video when needed
- helping us create winning ads

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- full-time availability, with the goal of joining the team as our in-house video editor
- ability to start right away
- strong photoshop and photo editing skills
- experience using AI tools such as sora, veo3, etc. for ad creation (highly preferred)
- prior experience making ads for dtc brands (highly preferred — tell us about it)
- fast communication and fast execution
- organized, reachable, honest, and dependable
- a strong eye for good ads (hooks, pacing, and design that actually convert)
- highly skilled with tools such as capcut, adobe premiere, elevenlabs, etc.
- able to work US hours (please include your availability)
- good english and a reliable, fast internet connection
- someone excited about creating WINNING ADS
