Social Media Coach / Specialist

We are seeking an expert Social Media Coach or Specialist to elevate our online presence. This is initially a project-based engagement, with the potential to transition into a part-time or full-time role based on performance and impact.

Responsibilities:

* Provide strategic guidance on social media growth and engagement
* Coach on promoting social media accounts to acquire organic followers and increase reach
* Review current social media efforts and recommend improvements
* Coach on content planning, scheduling, and platform best practices
* Advise on analytics, performance tracking, and optimization strategies
* Optional: Assist with content creation or campaign execution

Requirements:

* Social media expert - A MUST
* Proven experience in social media strategy, coaching, or management
* Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Yelp
* Demonstrated ability to grow organic followers and engagement
* Ability to provide actionable recommendations tailored to business goals
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
