JOB OVERVIEW

Marketing Coordinator (Social Media + YouTube + Listings Performance)

We’re hiring a highly organized, growth-minded Marketing Coordinator to run the execution side of our marketing engine. This role is ideal for someone who loves systems, content consistency, YouTube strategy, and performance tracking—and who gets real satisfaction from helping a brand show up professionally everywhere, every day.

This is not a “post when you have time” role. This is a make-it-happen, publish-it-right, grow-it-consistently role.


Short-Form Social Media Posting + Scheduling
-Schedule and publish short-form videos across all major platforms using a scheduler (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts + more)

Ensure posts are always:
On time
Correct format and sizing
Strong captions, hashtags, tags, and links
Consistent with brand voice and visuals (no AI)


YouTube Uploading + Channel Growth (Short + Long Form)
-Upload and manage both short-form and long-form YouTube content

Optimize each upload with:
-Click-worthy, SEO-friendly titles
-Strong descriptions + tags
-Correct playlists + structure
-Create, revise, and update thumbnails to build a more cohesive YouTube strategy
-Improve channel performance through consistency, organization, and growth-focused execution


Listing Marketing Performance Tracking (All-in-One Platform)
-Build and manage our listing performance tracking platform (integrates listing + social media performance in one place)

Create and monitor dashboards/reports to track:
-Listing engagement and reach
-Social media performance tied to active listings
-What’s working and what needs improvement


Graphics + Marketing Materials
-Open houses
-Upcoming events
-Giveaways
-Client appreciation campaigns
-Listing promotions + announcements
-Maintain a polished, consistent visual identity across all platforms
-Coordinate timelines, details, and follow-through to support repeat and referral business


Growth Tracking + Strategy Support
-Track content and audience growth across platforms (views, engagement, followers, YouTube watch time, subscribers)


Requirements
-Proven experience in social media management + account growth
-Experience with YouTube uploading, optimization, and thumbnail strategy
-Strong design instincts and ability to create clean, modern graphics (Canva or similar)
-Highly proficient English (captions, descriptions, replies must match our established brand voice, no AI)
-Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with deadlines
-Comfortable using scheduling tools, content calendars, and analytics/reporting platforms
-Previous real estate experience is preferred but not required.
