Equipment Technical Training Engineer

Oversees the performance of Line Trainers and document control center staff by providing guidance, support, and effective team management. Ensures the team's compliance with policies, procedures, and required tasks. Communicates objectives clearly and monitors performance to achieve operational goals.
With five (5) years experience as technical training supervisor; has knowledge in subject matter pertaining to technical specifications for flexible printed circuits (FPC) machine operations and parts.
Graduate of any Engineering course or equivalent teaching position (mechanical or electrical courses are preferred)
