Our Media Agency is a growing real estate media and marketing agency serving real estate agents, brokerages, and any and all other clients. We focus on high-quality visuals, fast delivery, and professional client communication.
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Executive Assistant / Photo Media Assistant to help manage media deliverables, communicate with clients, and support daily operations.
Responsibilities
Photo Touch-Ups & Quality Control
• Perform light touch-ups only in Lightroom or Photoshop
(cropping, straightening, minor color/exposure adjustments)
• Add simple elements such as property lines or labels when needed
• Review photos for quality, accuracy, and client notes
• Organize and upload files to Google Drive / Dropbox
• Ensure all deliverables are complete and sent on time
Client & Team Communication
• Respond to clients via
• Provide order updates and answer basic questions
• Review new orders and confirm required information
• Communicate with team members via Slack
• Update tasks and workflows in Notion
Outreach & Business Development (BONUS)
• Send outreach messages to potential clients via Instagram DM or text
• Use provided scripts and templates
• Track conversations and follow-ups
• Earn bonuses for each client successfully onboarded
Social Media Support (Optional – Big Plus)
• Schedule and post content to Instagram/Facebook
• Create simple graphics using Canva
• Monitor comments and messages
• Assist with basic engagement tracking

Requirements
Equipment & Internet
• MacBook required
• Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop installed
• Fast, reliable internet connection
Skills
• Experience with basic photo touch-ups
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Organized and dependable
• Comfortable working with U.S.-based clients
• Able to follow systems and workflows
