I’m looking for a skilled short-form content editor to help turn my raw talking-head videos into high-retention, viral-style YouTube Shorts.

I will film myself talking. Your job is to transform that footage into highly engaging short-form content by adding:

Sound effects, zooms, cuts, pacing

Visual changes that keep retention high and eliminate dead space

Starting rate is $20 USD per Short for an initial trial (first 5–10 videos).

If the quality and performance are strong, the rate will increase to $25–30 per Short, with optional performance-based bonuses for Shorts that significantly outperform (based on clear view milestones).

This is intended to become a long-term role for the right editor.
