Job Summary

All Hi Tech Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking a full-time, long-term HVAC Dispatcher & Marketing Coordinator to manage daily operations and drive consistent lead generation. This role is critical to keeping our technicians fully scheduled and supporting continued business growth.

This position requires someone who can commit to a fixed working shift in Pacific Standard Time (PST) and is looking for a stable, long-term role. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills and is highly effective at generating and converting leads through social media and digital marketing.

Key Responsibilities

Dispatch & Daily Operations
• Manage day-to-day dispatching and scheduling for HVAC technicians
• Ensure technicians have a full and efficient schedule every day
• Follow up with customers before and after service visits
• Address customer concerns professionally and promptly
• Coordinate maintenance appointments to maintain consistent workflow

Customer Communication
• Call existing customers for maintenance scheduling and follow-ups
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders via phone, email, and text
• Maintain strong relationships with repeat and maintenance clients

Marketing & Lead Generation
• Create and manage business posts on Facebook and Instagram
• Respond to social media inquiries and convert them into booked jobs
• Assist with Google Ads management and marketing campaigns
• Launch promotions and outreach campaigns to generate daily leads
• Continuously find new ways to keep technicians fully booked

Accounts Receivable & Administrative Tasks
• Assist with basic accounts receivable and payment follow-ups
• Maintain accurate customer records and scheduling information

Required Qualifications
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong experience with Facebook and Instagram business posting
• Basic knowledge of Google Ads and digital marketing
• Comfortable making outbound calls and speaking with customers daily
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work independently during a fixed work schedule
• Reliable internet connection and professional work setup (if remote)

Job Requirements & Commitment
• Full-time position (40 hours per week)
• Fixed working shift aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST)
• Long-term commitment required — this is not a temporary or short-term role
• Must be dependable and available during scheduled working hours
