Work Hours: Full-time (40 hrs/week) –U.S. Pacific Time Hours Overlap Monday-Friday
Salary: $750-$1,000/month (depending on experience)
Location: Work From Home (Philippines)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Company
We are a U.S.-based commercial real estate and property management and brokerage firm managing investment properties and providing sales, leasing, management, reporting, and operational support for our clients.
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant who can handle administrative, marketing, and contract-related tasks.
The ideal candidate will have a background in legal or paralegal work combined with experience in real estate administration, CRM management, and marketing coordination.

Role Overview
You’ll work directly with the company’s leadership to support property management operations, marketing initiatives, and contract administration.
This hybrid role blends:
• Administrative & CRM support
• Contract and document management
• Marketing and property listing coordination
It’s ideal for someone who enjoys both structured, accuracy-driven work and creative, system-based marketing execution.

Key Responsibilities
Administrative & CRM Support
• Manage and update CRM data (contacts, deals, workflows, reminders)
• Prepare and organize reports, billing summaries, and management updates
• Coordinate with tenants, vendors, and internal tea ---------- mbers professionally
• Handle company administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, data tracking, follow-ups)
• Maintain structured Google Drive and document systems
Contract & Paralegal Tasks
• Draft and edit leases, management agreements, and amendments using templates
• Track renewals, expirations, and key contract deadlines
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in all documents
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism with sensitive data
• Review existing contract documents for accuracy and completeness
Marketing & Property Listing Tasks
• Create and edit flyers, posts, and materials in Canva or other programs
• Upload and update listings on CoStar, LoopNet, and company website
• Schedule social posts and email campaigns (GoHighLevel or similar platforms)
• Help organize marketing assets, property photos, and video files

Tools You’ll Use
Experience with or willingness to learn:
• Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
• Canva
• GoHighLevel/Zoho
• CRM platforms (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.)
• CoStar / LoopNet (training provided)
• DocuSign / Adobe Sign
• Project management tools (Notion)

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a VA, admin assistant, or paralegal
• Strong understanding of contracts, leases, and formal documentation
• Excellent English (written and spoken) — professional and client-facing tone
• Strong organizational and accuracy skills
• Familiar with marketing coordination or CRM management
• Experience supporting U.S.-based clients preferred
• Real estate or property management experience is a plus
