We are seeking a full-time GHL/CRM Specialist to join our growing team. This technical role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing our GoHighLevel (GHL) platform, which serves as the central hub for our marketing automation, client communication, and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with a strategic understanding of marketing and sales processes to ensure our CRM system effectively supports business growth and client satisfaction. This position plays a crucial role in connecting our marketing, sales, and event management functions through streamlined digital processes and automation.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining and updating our GoHighLevel platform, ensuring all systems are functioning optimally and aligned with business needs.
Build out new workflows as needed to support evolving business requirements, continuously improving our automation capabilities to enhance efficiency and client experience. This includes creating and updating funnels for opt-ins, sales processes, and event registrations to support marketing, sales, and event functions.
Design and deploy weekly newsletters and promotional
Monitor conversations and inquiries that come through GHL, ensuring timely responses to client and prospect questions and maintaining high service standards.
A significant aspect of this role involves providing technical support for our GHL membership area, including content management, access control, and user experience optimization. You will also manage the contract document delivery system within GHL, ensuring seamless distribution and tracking of client agreements. Additionally, you will develop and maintain API connections where needed to support cross-platform processes and data integration, enhancing our operational capabilities through technical solutions.
Follow existing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) while also creating new documentation or modifying existing processes as needed. This includes maintaining comprehensive technical documentation for all GHL systems and workflows, ensuring knowledge transfer and operational continuity.

Work Environment & Schedule
This is a full-time remote position working standard business hours (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Eastern Time). You will collaborate closely with the marketing, sales, and events teams while maintaining the technical infrastructure that supports their activities. The position requires consistent availability during business hours to respond to technical needs and system issues promptly.
