BD Manager Business Development

The Role

Vention Tech is seeking a reliable and experienced BD Manager to support influencer partnerships on TikTok.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach influencers, MCN agencies, advertisers for TikTok collaborations;For example: influencer marketing, brand placements, advertising campaigns.

Negotiation & Execution: Lead negotiations on partnership terms (e.g., fees, brand integration, ad placements), develop and implement plans.

Resource Management & Optimization: Build an influencer database and manage resource information by category.

Market & Platform Insights: Monitor TikTok platform rules, traffic trends, and popular content formats, and develop suitable business strategies for the company.

What We're Looking For

Excellent communication skills, content sensitivity, and strong digital awareness.

Creative thinking in content planning, creation, and arrangement.

Minimum 2 years of TikTok business development experience, with 3C electronics industry background preferred.

Candidates with existing top-tier influencer resources are preferred.

E-commerce or social commerce work experience is preferred.

Fluent in taglog and English proficiency preferred.
