About Us
We're a growing digital marketing agency managing multiple client accounts. We're building long-term, repeatable workflows with a focus on quality and efficiency.

The Role
We're looking for 2 reliable, creative Canva + video hybrids who can deliver clean, modern social media visuals consistently. You'll create monthly social media content for approximately 20 client accounts based on clear creative briefs provided by our team.

Your focus is on:
Visual execution in Canva
Video editing and motion graphics
Brand consistency across multiple clients
Delivering on time

You will NOT be responsible for:
Writing captions or copy
Strategy development
Posting content
Direct client communication

Deliverables & Structure

Per Account Monthly Output:
Up to 10-25 creatives per month including:
Static posts
Carousels
Short-form video (Reels-style, simple motion, text animations)
Mix of organic social and paid ad creatives when applicable
Ad hoc campaigns and additional special requests
All revisions required for client approval

Required Skills

You are a strong fit if you:
Are very comfortable in Canva (templates, brand kits, resizing, animations)
Can create short-form video content (simple edits, cuts, captions, text animations)
Are proficient with Canva video editor, CapCut, or similar tools
Understand social media formats (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok carousels, Reels, ads)
Can follow brand guidelines and standards closely
Deliver clean, modern, scroll-stopping visuals
Are organized and deadline-driven
Can manage 20+ client accounts simultaneously
Handle high-volume output without compromising quality
Are comfortable receiving and implementing feedback from clients and internal team
Experience designing for Meta ads
Light motion graphics or advanced animated text
Basic understanding of performance-driven creatives

Working Environment

Communication: Slack for daily team collaboration
Project Management: Content Cloud (for client approvals and feedback) and Basecamp to manage deliverables
Workflow: Clear briefs provided, feedback loop integrated
Team: Work alongside project managers, account managers, data entry assistants, and ads specialists

How to Apply
