JOB OVERVIEW

HIRING: Local SEO/Google/AI searchable

Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time (Long-Term)
Hours: 25–40 hrs/week
Time Zone: Flexible (some overlap with CST preferred)
Rate: $3-4/hour (based on experience)
Location: Remote / Work From Home

ABOUT THE BUSINESS

We are a growing real estate business based in Texas, USA, focused on building strong local brand authority, social media presence, and Google visibility. We are looking for a long-term Virtual Assistant who understands real estate marketing and can help generate organic leads through social media and local SEO.

This is NOT a general VA position.

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Marketing

* Create and manage weekly content calendars
* Edit short-form videos (Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels, TikTok)
* Write engaging real estate captions with hooks and CTAs
* Schedule and publish posts
* Repurpose content across platforms
* Manage comments and DMs using scripts
* Turn engagement into leads

Local SEO & Google Business Profile

* Optimize and manage Google Business Profile
* Post weekly updates on Google
* Upload optimized photos
* Respond to reviews professionally
* Improve local keyword visibility
* Track calls, website clicks, and directions

Website & SEO Content

* Conduct keyword research (local real estate focus)
* Optimize website pages and blog posts
* Assist with city, neighborhood, and buyer/seller pages
* Optimize meta titles, descriptions, images, and internal links
* Help drive traffic from social media to the website

Reporting & Tracking

* Provide monthly reports on:

* Social media growth
* Website traffic
* Google profile performance
* Keyword rankings
* Leads generated

REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

Real estate marketing experience is REQUIRED**
Strong understanding of **local SEO**
Google Business Profile optimization experience
Short-form video editing (CapCut, Canva, or similar)
Canva design experience
Social media content planning and strategy
Basic website SEO (WordPress preferred)
Excellent written English
Able to work independently and meet deadlines

* Canva
* CapCut or InShot
* Google Business Profile
* Google Analytics & Google Search Console
* SEO tools (Ubersuggest, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.)
* WordPress (Yoast or RankMath preferred)

BONUS (NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFERRED)

* Experience working with U.S. Realtors
* Bilingual content (English/Spanish)
* Understanding of buyer & seller funnels
* Experience converting social media engagement into leads
