* Installs software and set-up hardware systems, including new equipment, anti-virus programs and other tools commonly used by a company’s team members.
* Provides mentoring on technical issues, processes, and procedures to end users and the customers.
* Repairs and maintains personal computers like desktops, laptops and other technological equipment.
* Perform regular updates and ensure privacy and data protection.
* Performs one-on-one computer coaching on technology as necessary.
* Stay abreast of current trends and technology and make recommendations that will help the company keep up with technological standards in the industry.
* Manage and implement security solutions. Ensure that all in/outgoing products bear accurate company warranty stickers.
* Develop initiatives aimed at harnessing maximum productivity from subordinates, especially strict adherence and compliance with existing company transactional procedures.
* Ensure privacy and data protection
* Manage network components (servers, IPs, etc.)
* Manage and implement security solutions.
* Create records of repairs and fixes.
* Other duties as assigned or requested by Immediate Superior.
REQUIREMENTS ARE:
* Previous working experience as a computer technician for one 1 year and above is advantageous.
* At least a Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or similar relevant field.
* Must have the ability to meet deadlines with a proven track record in building and leading a cohesive team in achieving performance targets.
* Must possess a variety of networking and desktop concepts, practices and procedures.
* Must have knowledge in detecting computer problems of hardware and software.
* Hands-on experience with LAN/WAN networks.
* Good time management skills and ability to multitask, with keen attention to detail.
* Willing to be assigned in Las Piñas City.
