I run a B2B outbound agency sending ~50K–120K
I’m looking for a sharp, reliable inbox manager who can handle positive replies, follow-ups, and scheduling calls between the hours of 9am EST until 5pm EST.
Our industries (for our campaigns): Investment Banking / M&A + Private Lending
Current Client campaign industries: Commercial vehicle lending (e.g., funeral homes, limos, party buses, towing companies, etc)
This is NOT a data-entry role.
You must think clearly, write clean English, understand the basics of b2b industries, and respond FAST.
???? Hours (Fixed Daily):
Mon–Fri
? 9–10am EST
? 11:30–12:30pm EST
? 2pm–3pm EST
? 4pm–5pm EST
(4 hours total per day. 1 hr on / 1 hr off; will expand to 8hrs per day within 3mos)
All hours must be worked live — no batching.
???? Responsibilities
- Respond to all positive replies within 15 minutes (we have a template; but you’ll make slight adjustments to make it fit the prospect’s specific context)
- Send a pre-recorded Loom video (duplicate + rename only — no new recording)
- Suggest call times based on my Google Calendar availability
- Apply labels/tags inside the inbox + remove opt-outs
- Forward unusual cases to me
- Follow up on all older positive replies
- Manage both Instantly + Smartlead inboxes

You are not replying to all
Only ~20% of replies are positive, and only those require action.
???? Compensation
- $5 - $7/hr (fixed, will grow over time)
+ $6 USD per booked call (about 20 - 40 booked calls per month, and this is only growing)
Total pay of $700 to $1.2K per month.
I’ve intentionally structured this so that someone who responds fast can increase their pay by 40%–70?ch week just through booked-call bonuses.
Speed truly pays here.

- Current: ~1,000 monthly replies ? ~200 positive responses (you only need to reply to positive responses)
- Future (2–3 months): 5,000–10,000 replies ? 1,000–2,000 positives
- You will only handle positive replies, not all replies.
???? Requirements
- Must be able to respond RAPIDLY in the times stated
- C2-level English (native-quality)
- Extremely reliable
- Quick thinker
- Able to adapt messaging templates slightly based on prospect’s context (e.g., look at their site, then make the positive response template
- Able to follow tight SOPs
- Comfortable working fixed hours daily
Not required: cold
Required: intelligence + B2B experience + responsiveness + great English + able to work during hours stated
