Video Editor for Beauty Ads (Full Time | $850 per Month + Winner bonuses ) starting pay

We are a fast growing beauty brand hiring a Video Editor to create high performing Meta ads for Facebook and Instagram. This role is for editors who understand conversion focused UGC ads, not generic social videos.

Full time
40 hours per week
$850 per month

What You Will Do

Create 3 to 5 short form UGC style ads per day
Edit raw creator clips into structured ad narratives
Build strong hooks, pacing, and clear calls to action
Add captions, on screen text, and transitions that drive retention
Use AI tools when helpful but rely on real editing and storytelling skill
Collaborate on angles and scripts while also pitching your own ideas

Requirements

Proven e commerce ad editing experience is mandatory
Experience in beauty, skincare, or lifestyle brands
Portfolio with at least 3 UGC style ads you personally edited
Strong understanding of Meta ad creative and hooks
Proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, or similar tools

Trial Process

All candidates must complete a paid trial task before being hired full time.
The trial is designed to evaluate editing quality, storytelling, speed, and ability to follow direction.
Only editors who perform well in the trial will be offered a long term role.
