The MissionWe are a growing stationery brand looking for a "Growth Partner" rather than just a button-pusher.
We have moved away from a passive agency model and need a dedicated expert to take full ownership of our Meta Ad account.
You will be responsible for the end-to-end performance of our ad spend, balancing a focus on our Shopify store (80%) and our Amazon presence (20%).
You’ll work with our existing creative agency and Google Ads manager to ensure a holistic, profitable scale from $5k to $50k/month over the next year.
Core Responsibilities
Account Ownership: Strategy, setup, and daily optimization of all Meta campaigns.Scaling: Managing the aggressive (but profitable) 10x scale of our monthly spend.
Attribution Setup: You will be responsible for setting up and managing a robust attribution system (e.g., Triple Whale, Northbeam, or GA4) to track true ROI across Shopify and Amazon.Creative Direction:
Analyze performance data to brief our creative agency on required assets (hooks, angles, and formats).Amazon Integration: Use Amazon Attribution tags and Brand Referral Bonus links to drive and track traffic to our Amazon listings.Omnichannel Sync: Coordinate weekly with our Google Ads Manager to ensure a balanced marketing mix and consistent brand messaging.
Technical Requirements
Direct-Response Expert: Proven track record of scaling Shopify brands in the $50k–$100k+ monthly spend range.
Full-Stack Setup: Deep knowledge of Meta Pixel, CAPI, and Offline Conversions.Data-Obsessed: You must be able to set up attribution from scratch. You don't rely solely on the Meta dashboard to make decisions.Creative Strategy:
Experience building "Creative Testing" frameworks (e.g., 3:2:2 method or similar).Stationery/Lifestyle Experience: An eye for "aesthetic" brands and an understanding of the stationery/hobbyist consumer is a major plus.Who You AreIndependent: You don’t wait for instructions; you identify opportunities and execute.
Proactive Communicator: You provide clear updates on what’s working, what isn’t, and why.Result-Oriented: You care about MER (Marketing Efficiency Ratio) and Contribution Margin, not just "vanity" ROAS.
