We are a growing U.S.-based corporate housing / furnished rental company looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help us research and contact apartment buildings across the United States.
This role focuses on real estate research, professional outreach, and data organization. You will be helping us identify apartment communities that allow corporate leasing / furnished housing (Airbnb Arbitrage).
This is a part-time position to start (10–20 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into more hours and responsibility as the company expands.
We provide clear SOPs, scripts, training materials, and ongoing support if needed.
Responsibilities
Research apartment buildings using websites like Apartments.com, Zillow, RentCafe, and management company sites
Identify professionally managed apartment communities
Collect and organize property data in Google Sheets
Contact leasing offices via
Ask specific questions regarding corporate leasing policies
Accurately log responses (Yes / No / Pending)
Follow up with properties as instructed
Send daily progress reports
Requirements
Excellent English (written and spoken)
Comfortable speaking on the phone with U.S.-based leasing offices
Strong attention to detail (accuracy is critical)
Organized and able to follow instructions exactly
Experience with real estate research, admin work, or lead generation is a plus
Reliable internet connection and headset
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Previous experience calling U.S. businesses
Real estate, Airbnb, or property management background
Google Sheets experience
