Job Summary
The Administrative Support Officer provides essential administrative assistance to the Debt Management team, which oversees a large and diverse client portfolio delivering Debt Management Solutions. The role involves managing daily administrative duties, supporting tea ---------- mbers, liaising with creditors and clients via telephone, and ensuring accurate and up-to-date record keeping.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage phone calls, emails, correspondence, and inquiries professionally
• Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
• Prepare, format, and file documents, reports, and presentations
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems (physical and electronic)
• Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive information
Required Skills, Qualifications & Personal Attributes
• Proven experience in an administrative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) or similar tools
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, proactive, and adaptable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Loan and mortgage structures and types

• Reviewing bank statements and Credit Scores
