Inbound Sales & Pipeline Manager (Phone-Based, Long-Term)

We are Eden’s Garden, a fast-growing General Contracting & outdoor construction company based in Houston, Texas.

We started as a landscaping and hardscaping company and are now expanding into full General Contracting, working closely with subcontractors to deliver clean, modern outdoor and construction projects.

Our work includes:

Gravel pathways & step-stone patios

Retaining walls & drainage

Small concrete projects

Larger GC-managed projects using subcontractor crews

We move fast. We operate with systems. We expect ownership.

What This Role Really Is

This role owns the entire inbound sales pipeline.

If a lead comes in, you own it until:

It’s booked

Actively progressing

Or clearly disqualified

If a customer falls through the cracks, that’s on you.

Your job is to:

Handle inbound leads

Push conversations forward

Coordinate with subcontractors

Keep deals moving toward the close

You are not just customer service.
You are sales-oriented, pipeline-driven, and outcome-focused.

Core Responsibilities

Handle all inbound phone leads (warm traffic)

Immediately contact new leads after form submissions

Pre-qualify prospects (scope, budget, timeline)

Book free in-person estimates

Push prospects closer to the close at every interaction

Use pricing sheets to frame value and expectations

Provide rough estimates using satellite imaging (training provided)

Assign and communicate project + customer details to subcontractors

Keep all lead activity updated inside Go High Level (GHL) and Jobber

Track follow-ups, next steps, and stalled deals

Ensure no customer is forgotten or ignored

This is a control-the-process role.

Sales Expectations

We currently close 10–20 deals per month

Our target is 50 deals per month

You will play a direct role in increasing this number

Is shy or quiet on calls

Reads scripts robotically

Avoids pushing conversations forward

Needs constant supervision

Lets leads go cold

Blames systems instead of fixing problems

We expect everything to be tracked properly.

Pay & Growth Path

Starting pay: $400/month (part-time, US hours)

After proving performance:
? $800/month (full-time, US hours)

Bonuses:

$20 bonus for every deal you directly push through the pipeline that closes

We close 10–20 deals/month now

Target is 50/month

High performers will earn more. Period.
