Creator Brand Admin VA

I’m a wellness-focused content creator and registered nurse managing brand partnerships, events, and TikTok Shop content. I’m looking for a reliable virtual assistant to help with admin and organization.

Responsibilities:
- Manage brand email inbox (sorting paid, barter, events)
- Track collaborations, deadlines, and deliverables
- Schedule and manage a simple content/brand calendar
- Send follow-up emails to brands using templates
- Organize notes from brand calls and events

Requirements:
- Experience working with creators, influencers, or UGC
- Strong English writing and organization skills
- Comfortable with Google Docs, Sheets, and email
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and proactive

Hours:
- 5–10 hours per week to start
