BHT Group is looking for a relentless Appointment Setter to manage our lead flow for healthcare clients. These are warm leads—prospects who have requested an appointment or claimed a promotion online—but they require immediate action.
We need a hunter who is not afraid to pick up the phone. You will be responsible for calling these leads immediately, qualifying them, and booking them. Additionally, you will act as a "Gatekeeper" for our closers by calling to confirm online requests to ensure the lead is serious before our sales team spends time with them.
Compensation:
Base: Flat Monthly Rate.
Commission: Paid per SHOWN appointment.
Note: Your job is not just to put a name on a calendar, but to ensure they show up. The better you qualify and confirm, the more you get paid.
Key Responsibilities:
Speed-to-Lead Outbound Dialing: Immediately call leads who have submitted forms or claimed offers online. Speed is everything.
Inbound Response: Field incoming calls from marketing campaigns professionally.
Appointment Confirmation (Crucial): Review appointments requested online and call the prospect to verify their intent and qualify them before the appointment happens.
Follow-Up: Manage a pipeline of leads that didn’t answer on the first attempt (requires multiple touchpoints via Phone/SMS).
CRM Management: Keep detailed notes on every interaction.
Requirements:
Phone Warrior: You must be comfortable making 60+ outbound dials a day to warm leads.
Experience: Proven track record in appointment setting, preferably for high-ticket services or healthcare/med-spa offers.
Tech: Experience with dialers (GoHighLevel, etc.) and calendar management.
Thick Skin: Ability to handle objections and push past the initial "I'm busy" response.
