About the Role:
You are a highly organized, detail-obsessed administrator to manage our provider credentialing and drive our internal HR operations. You will be the guardian of our compliance and the helper for our team.
The "Must-Haves":
* US Healthcare Experience: You must understand what NPI and CAQH are.
* Credentialing Literacy: Experience filling out provider applications for insurance panels.
* English Proficiency: C2 level (Advanced/Fluent) is required for calling insurance companies.
* Trust & Security: Experience handling sensitive data (SSNs, Licenses) with strict security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
* License & Credentialing Management: Maintain provider profiles on CAQH; submit license applications, track license expirations (DEA, State Boards); complete initial payer applications and driver the effort until approved.
* HR Administration: Post new job openings; filter initial applicants in our ATS; send offer letters; and manage the onboarding and offboarding checklists.
* Records Maintenance: Ensure all digital personnel files are audit-ready and up to date.
* AI Implementation: Work with leadership to learn and deploy AI agents to assist with routine HR questions
