I am looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support me with organisation, task tracking, and follow-ups.
This is a long-term role for the right person. I am based in Auckland NZ and also work across Australia so being available on that time zone is key.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
• Turning rough notes,
• Maintaining task lists and simple project trackers
• Tracking deadlines and outstanding tasks for myself and my team
• Following up with tea
• Sending regular summaries of what is still pending or unresolved
• Keeping systems organised and up to date
• Create new systems and process to better manage tasks.
• Managing and creating data sets and reports in excel
THIS ROLE IS A GREAT FIT IF YOU:
• Are extremely organised and detail-oriented
• Enjoy tracking tasks and closing open loops
• Are comfortable following up and reminding others
• Can work independently without constant supervision
• Like bringing structure to messy information
REQUIRED SKILLS:
• Excellent written English
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using task management tools like
• Confident, professional
• Advanced Experience in Excell and Microsoft 365 systems.
• Reliable internet connection and availability
NICE TO HAVE (NOT REQUIRED):
• Experience supporting founders or executives
• Familiarity with Outlook follow-up systems
• Previous long-term VA roles
