Residential construction estimator

Complete take-offs and collate tender pricing
Analyze, trade and contractor pricing
Ensure the efficient and accurate production of building estimates
Check contract plans for accuracy prior to release for construction
Complete quantity take-offs for building materials & labour
Compile and issue purchase orders
Demonstrated experience as an estimator within residential construction (volume experience suitable)
Ability to prioritise work, manage timeframes and hit deadlines
Strong communication skills
Sound knowledge of the construction process and industry standards
Proficiency with Databuild is preferred.
