We’re growing our executive support team with a new Executive Assistant to the CEO — someone who loves organizing chaos, thrives in fast-moving environments, and knows how to keep leaders focused and effective.
If you’re energized by managing priorities, anticipating needs, and being the calm, steady force behind big decisions, you’ll feel right at home here.
About Us
We are a Dale Carnegie franchise organization in California, serving San Diego, LA, the Bay Area, and Sacramento.
Our mission is simple: create opportunities for meaningful work — for our clients and our team.
Your Role:
As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you’ll be the right hand to the executive office—keeping priorities clear, communication flowing, and operations running smoothly. You’ll manage the details so the CEO can focus on strategy, growth, and leadership. More than just support, you’ll be a trusted partner who anticipates needs, protects time, and helps move the business forward.
What We’re Looking For:
• Self-starter with strong ownership and initiative.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable with digital tools, calendars, project systems, and CRMs.
• Calm under pressure and strong at prioritizing.
• Solutions-oriented, adaptable, and proactive.
• Trustworthy, discreet, and reliable.
• Growth-minded and eager to improve yourself and the systems around you.
Key Responsibilities:
• Executive Support: Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and logistics with accuracy and foresight. Anticipate needs and prevent conflicts before they happen.
• Communication Coordination: Act as a gatekeeper for internal and external communication. Draft, organize, and manage messages that require CEO awareness, input, or approval.
• Priority Management: Help organize initiatives, deadlines, and projects so nothing slips through the cracks.
• Process & Systems: Build and improve SOPs for recurring tasks and executive workflows.
• Special Projects: Support executive initiatives, presentations, and cross-team projects as needed.
• Confidentiality & Trust: Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
• Commit to Growth: Continuously build your skills, systems, and leadership mindset.
