Virtual Assistant

We are a fast growing online fitness coaching brand dedicated to empowering women to look, feel, and perform at their best. Our mission is to build a supportive community where women can transform not only their bodies but also their confidence, habits, and mindset.

We’re looking for a driven and reliable Virtual Assistant/Appointment Setter to manage Instagram DMs, qualify leads, and book calls into our sales calendar.

Responsibilities

Manage Instagram DMs daily

Start and continue conversations using scripts/frameworks while also being a natural human connection

Qualify potential leads and identify if they are a good fit

Book qualified leads into the sales calendar

Track leads and conversations in Google Sheets or Notion CRM

Provide daily updates on active conversations and calls booked

Excited about turning conversations into qualified sales calls

Has a basic understanding of fitness, health, or online coaching (you don’t need to be a coach, but you must understand the space)

Requirements

Excellent written English

Previous experience as an appointment setter, VA, or in sales/customer support (preferred)

Strong organizational skills and dependable internet connection

Available to work U.S. hours (flexible schedule)

Must have an iPhone (for Instagram DM management)

Must have a laptop or desktop computer for tracking, reporting, and CRM use
