JOB OVERVIEW

Hello,
I’m Bryant Wilson, Founder and CEO of Erasure Solutions. I have years of direct, hands-on experience in credit repair, dispute strategy, compliance, and client operations. I am now selectively hiring an elite virtual operations partner to work directly with me in running and scaling the company.
This is not a traditional assistant role. This position is for someone who operates at a senior level, takes ownership, and executes without hand-holding. You will function as an extension of the CEO.
Primary responsibilities include:
Managing and tracking client credit repair cases
Drafting, reviewing, and organizing dispute letters and supporting documentation
Monitoring credit reports, bureau responses, and dispute timelines
Maintaining compliance-related records and internal workflows
Managing CRM systems and internal operations
Communicating clearly, professionally, and confidently with clients regarding status updates, timelines, and next steps
Handling sensitive personal and financial information with discretion

Proven experience in credit repair, financial services, or dispute processing
Strong working knowledge of advanced 2025/2026 credit sweep methodologies and rapid-result dispute strategies (often producing movement within 7 days or less when executed correctly)
Confident, professional communicator with clients (written and verbal)
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and discreet
Proactive problem-solver who moves with urgency
Strong written communication and professional judgment
Must have iMessage (iPhone or Mac) for real-time communication and responsiveness
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, founder-led environment
This role is 100% virtual and available immediately.
There will be a 30-day paid trial period to assess alignment, execution speed, communication quality, and value contribution. Long-term engagement will be offered only if performance meets expectations.
