The opportunity
We’re looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Digital Marketing Coordinator based in the Philippines to support our growing agency. This role is critical to keeping our marketing execution, internal operations, and client support running smoothly.
You will work closely with the marketing team, supporting marketing execution, coordinating projects, and managing tools and systems. This is a remote, part-time contract role, ideal for someone who wants to be a true part of a collaborative team, and not just an outsourced resource.
Key responsibilities
Marketing execution & operations
Support copywriting initiatives, including blogs, eBooks, landing page copy, and other asset types to support the Creo marketing and sales teams.
Assist with publishing and managing content (blogs, landing pages, emails) in HubSpot.
Pull campaign reports and basic analytics to support performance tracking.
Support marketing operations tasks tied to GTM campaigns and initiatives.
Social media & campaign support
Assist with scheduling and publishing social media content.
Support campaign setup, tracking, and coordination across platforms.
Client & lead support
Assist with new client vetting and inbound inquiry coordination.
Research prospective clients and their companies to assess fit against Creo Collective’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
Compile background information on prospects (industry, size, GTM motion, tech stack, funding stage, etc.) to support internal review and handoff.
Help organize and document lead details in HubSpot and internal systems.
Who you are
Based in the Philippines.
Able to work Eastern Time Zone and participate in tea ---------- etings, respond to messages, and be available for questions.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable.
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks.
Interested in being an embedded member of a growing agency team.
Qualifications
Fluent in English—both written and verbal.
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role.
Strong writer; works quickly and efficiently while capturing brand tone and voice.
Comfortable working with marketing and productivity tools.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
Willing and able to learn new systems, tools, and workflows quickly.
Not required, but a plus
Exposure to B2B technology or SaaS industries.
Comfortable with fast-paced, client-facing environments where adaptability and collaboration are key.
Performance expectations
Though a contract position, to succeed in this role, we expect:
Availability during working hours (9 a.m.-5 p.m. ET) - This means checking email to ensure timely responses to team and clients, watching GChat for internal messages, etc.
Friendly and approachable, your primary focus is to build relationships internally, and get things done quickly and efficiently.
Transparent and honest communication with your entire Creo team regarding availability and accessibility.
