Video Editor of Interviews

Looking for a great video editor, preferably strong with Sony Vegas editing software (but not critical.). I send you the raw video via dropbox - you pick the best scenes and compile a nice clean video under 90 seconds. In some cases, I may need you to produce 2 videos or even 3 - all from the same raw tape interview which I can dropbox to you.

These videos are all taken from interviews videotaped on a local radio show. You will also need to add my intro and extro to the finished video you send back to me and they need a lower third. See examples below.

Please reply as soon as possible stating your turnaround time for each video (after you receive raw) and your best rate per video. Could be continuous work if youre really good and great rate! If you have anything similar youve produced in the past, send me youtube link example. DO NOT SEND ME any music videos or unrelated video - only video that may be similar to what I am describing.
