Mining Corporate Development Advisor – JV / Farm-In / Earn-In Structures

Job Description
We control early-stage mining licenses in multiple African jurisdictions through compliant local partnerships. Our company is on title, and assets are structured for JV, farm-in, or earn-in transactions with tier-one operators.

We are seeking an experienced mining corporate development or natural resources advisor to help:
    •    Pressure-test asset positioning
    •    Advise on JV / farm-in structures
    •    Align our materials with tier-one expectations
    •    Provide feedback based on real transaction experience

This is an advisory role, not sales.

Ideal Background
    •    Former mining investment banker
    •    Former corporate development at a mining major
    •    Experience with JV, farm-in, earn-in, or royalty structures
    •    Familiarity with Africa or emerging markets preferred

Engagement
    •    Short-term advisory (10–20 hours initially)
    •    Hourly or fixed advisory fee
