Amazon Canada Marketplace Lead

About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Amazon CA Marketplace Lead to own and manage our Amazon Canada (CA) marketplace operations. This role is responsible for driving performance, ensuring compliance with Amazon policies, and coordinating cross-functional efforts to optimize sales and account health on ---------- .

The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central (CA), understands regional marketplace nuances, and can take full ownership of day-to-day operations and escalations.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the Amazon Canada ( ---------- ) marketplace
- Create and manage product listings
- Monitor and maintain account health, performance metrics, and policy compliance
- Manage and resolve account-level issues, escalations, and policy warnings
- Oversee A-to-Z claims
- Set up and manage promotions, campaigns, and platform tools
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, customer service, and leadership)
- Identify and resolve listing, pricing, inventory, and fulfillment issues
- Ensure compliance with Amazon CA requirements, tax considerations, and regional policies
- Analyze performance data and provide regular reports and insights
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Amazon CA–related initiatives and escalations

Required Qualifications
- 1+ year hands-on Amazon Seller Central experience
- Direct experience managing the Amazon Canada (CA) marketplace
- Strong knowledge of Amazon policies, account health, and seller performance metrics
- Proven experience handling account-level escalations and risk mitigation
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work full-time during Eastern Time business hours
