Appfolio SYSTEMS ANALYST / expert - process optimisation

The Opportunity
We are looking for a heavy-hitting AppFolio Systems Expert. This isn’t about maintaining the status quo; it’s about rebuilding, refining, and future-proofing our operations. If you are a master in APPFOLIO of things like database architecture, workflow redesign, automation, and the new frontier of AppFolio Stack AI, we want to talk to you.

Key Objectives
System Audit & Calibration: Conduct a deep-dive "health check" of our current AppFolio environment. Identify bottlenecks, "ghost" data, and configuration gaps.

Process Engineering: Redefine and document core business processes to ensure the software works for us, not the other way around. Most of our procedures were designed years ago for the Appfolio that existed then, and these have not kept up with what the system can do now.

Data Integrity: Lead a comprehensive database cleansing initiative to ensure our reporting is 100% reliable.

AI Integration: Oversee the implementation and optimization of AppFolio’s AI enhancements, and out GEMINI also - to drive massive efficiency gains.

AppFolio Power User: You have years of experience under the hood of AppFolio (Plus or Enterprise level).
