JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a Social Media Marketer with strong video editing and graphic design skills to support a real estate business. This role is content-heavy and requires someone who understands how real estate marketing actually works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage social media content for real estate platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
• Edit short-form videos (Reels, Stories, property highlights, talking-head videos)
• Design graphics for listings, market updates, and branded content
• Assist with listing coordination (property descriptions, MLS input, photo/video requests)
• Schedule and organize content using GoHighLevel
• Maintain brand consistency across all content
• Assist with basic marketing automation and CRM tasks inside GoHighLevel

Required Experience & Skills:

• Real estate industry experience is REQUIRED
• GoHighLevel experience is REQUIRED
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
• Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer / Graphic Designer / Video Editor
• Strong video editing skills (short-form content)
• Graphic design experience (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
• Mid-career professional (not entry-level)

Nice-to-Have (Bonus):

• Experience as a Transaction Coordinator (TC)
• Familiarity with real estate workflows, contracts, and timelines
