This is a small, fixed-scope project.
Estimated time for an experienced Gorgias expert: about 2–3 hours total.
$20 paid on full completion once all work is verified and done correctly.
More projects available for strong, accurate work.

This project is for an experienced Gorgias user only. The work is copy-and-paste macro setup from templates that are already written.

What you will do (required):

Convert our existing reply templates into Gorgias Macros

Use clean naming, categories, tags, and variables

Ensure macros save and render correctly

This project does NOT include:

Writing or rewriting templates

Views, rules, automations

AI setup

Shopify or ShipStation workflow configuration

Requirements:

Prior experience creating Gorgias macros

Able to follow scope exactly and complete work cleanly

Comfortable working with romance-themed and fantasy lifestyle products

No agencies
