We are a growing New York–based staffing firm seeking an experienced B2B Phone Sales & Appointment Setter to support our business development team. This role is ideal for a confident sales professional with proven success selling services in a B2B environment, conducting outbound outreach, and engaging decision-makers.

# Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound B2B calls to prospective clients across multiple industries

Research target companies and identify appropriate decision-makers (HR Managers, Talent Leaders, Controllers, IT Managers, Executives)

Introduce staffing and workforce solutions clearly and professionally

Qualify client needs and pain points related to hiring and workforce management

Set appointments and discovery calls for senior sales and recruiting leaders

Maintain accurate records of outreach, conversations, and outcomes in CRM/ATS

Follow structured calling scripts while adapting conversations naturally

Consistently meet or exceed daily and weekly call and appointment targets

Collaborate closely with internal recruiting and sales teams

# Required Qualifications

Minimum 2–3 years of B2B phone sales or appointment setting experience

Proven background selling services (staffing, recruiting, SaaS, professional services, consulting, or similar)

Strong experience researching company databases and identifying decision-makers

Excellent spoken English with clear, confident phone presence

Ability to engage senior stakeholders and navigate gatekeepers

Familiarity with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and prospecting tools

Professional demeanor, persistence, and strong follow-up skills

# Preferred Experience

Prior experience in the staffing or recruiting industry

Selling to HR, Finance, Technology, or Operations leaders

Experience working U.S. business hours
