We're hiring a Senior QA Specialist to ensure the reliability and quality of our fast-evolving logistics and warehouse software platforms. In this role, you'll become an expert in how our systems work — not just technically, but functionally — and play a hands-on role in validating every release before it reaches production
Rather than focusing on automated testing, this position is centered on understanding the product , actively using the platform , and identifying potential issues through rigorous manual and exploratory testing .

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of the product from a real-user perspective.
• Perform end-to-end manual testing of web and mobile applications to ensure functionality, usability, and stability.
• Execute and maintain structured test cases and test scenarios for new features, bug fixes, and regression cycles.
• Identify, document, and report bugs with clear reproduction steps and severity ratings.
• Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and designers to clarify requirements , test edge cases, and ensure quality at each stage.
• Work with backend and frontend teams to validate system behavior and data flow.
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews in an agile environment.
• Track issues using tools like JIRA , monitor progress, and support teams in reproducing and fixing bugs.
• Provide thoughtful feedback on usability, edge cases, and unexpected behaviors.
Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience in software testing or QA roles.
• Strong experience in manual functional testing , especially in complex systems.
• Ability to quickly understand workflows, user logic, and edge case behaviors.
• High attention to detail and critical thinking mindset.
• Familiarity with test case management and bug tracking tools (eg, JIRA ).
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional agile teams .
• Basic knowledge of automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, etc.)
• Experience with API testing (eg, using Postman).
• Familiarity with SQL and validating data integrity.
• Exposure to testing mobile apps (iOS and Android).
• Understanding of performance or security testing concepts.
Position Details

• Hours: 174 hours/month (Time Doctor used for tracking)
