NetSuite Implementation Specialist & Customer Success Lead
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Type: Full-time
Salary: Competitive, based on experience

About The Company
We are a fast-growing SaaS company building native AI-powered apps for NetSuite. We are early stage and building momentum in the ecosystem. We're adding new customers every week and looking for our first dedicated team member in the Philippines to grow with us and work alongside the founding team members.

The Role
You'll wear multiple hats as our first hire — part implementation specialist, part customer support, part technical consultant. You'll work directly with customers to deploy our NetSuite Apps, troubleshoot issues, and ensure they get maximum value from our products. As we scale, you'll help shape how we deliver service and potentially grow into a team lead role.

What You'll Do

- Implement and configure our Apps for new customers
- Provide technical support via email and video calls, troubleshooting NetSuite integrations and workflows
- Guide customers through setup, training, and best practices
- Create and maintain documentation, help articles, and training materials
- Collaborate with our development team to relay customer feedback and assist with testing
- Help refine our implementation playbooks as we learn what works


What We're Looking For

- 2+ years hands-on NetSuite experience (administrator, consultant, or developer role)
- Solid understanding of NetSuite customization: saved searches, workflows, custom records, and scripting basics is a PLUS
- Experience with SuiteApp installations or bundle deployments preferred
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Comfortable on video calls with US-based customers
- Self-starter who thrives with autonomy — we're a small team and you'll own your work
- Available to overlap with US Pacific time zone for at least 4 hours daily

Bonus Points

- SuiteScript experience (1.0 or 2.x)
- Familiarity with integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, or middleware tools
- Previous customer-facing or support role
- Experience at a NetSuite partner or implementation firm
