JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a highly organized, execution-focused Social Media Manager to manage multiple social media accounts across several platforms.
You will be responsible for editing, repurposing, posting, and managing content that is filmed in-house and provided to you via Google Drive. This role is heavily focused on short-form and long-form video content, multi-platform distribution, and daily social media operations.
This is not a strategy-only role — this is an execution role for someone who understands how modern content engines work.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and post content across multiple social media accounts and platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, YouTube, Facebook, X, etc.)
Edit and repurpose short-form and long-form video content
Optimize content for each platform (captions, hooks, formatting, aspect ratios)
Maintain a consistent posting schedule across all accounts
Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and route customer inquiries to the correct internal channels
Handle basic customer support interactions via social media DMs/comments
Organize content files, edits, captions, and posting schedules
Prepare content to be affiliate-friendly, ensuring affiliates can easily reuse, remix, and promote brand-approved content
Coordinate content releases so affiliates can leverage the same assets
Ensure brand voice, messaging, and quality control across all platforms
Track posted content and ensure nothing is missed or duplicated

Social Media Management (multiple accounts & platforms)

Familiarity with affiliate-style content and UGC workflows
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience managing brands with affiliates or creators
Understanding of viral hooks and platform-specific trends
Experience with scheduling tools and content calendars
Wage / Salary
$1–$3 per hour (depending on experience)
Room for growth based on performance
