Streaming Platform Monitor

We are Baru, the world's first prediction market designed for streamers, gamers and communities. Baru enables users to trade on fast-paced prediction markets on any stream on Twitch. We've built an AI system which automatically resolves markets.

Role:
We are hiring a monitor for our platform. This role involves setting up fun and engaging markets through our admin interface.

- Using our admin interfaces, you will be responsible for creating new markets and making sure they are resolvable through our system. Some examples include "will tyler1's team get the next dragon", "will tyler1 play illaoi next game" and so on.
- You will also be responsible for monitoring the streams and our AI system. For the prompt "will tyler1's team get the next dragon", our AI system will close it with a YES if the team succeeds in getting the dragon, and NO if it doesn't. Your role involves confirming that the AI system correctly resolved the market.

Expectations:
- You must have speaking English proficiency
- You must have experience playing video games, with a focus on League of Legends. We expect you to know what "dragons", "barons" and similar objectives and in-game mechanics are.
- You must have surface-level familiarity with how Twitch and similar streaming platforms work.

Nice-to-haves:
- Flexibility towards changing requirements. We're an early-stage startup and things change every day. We appreciate flexibility with changing requirements.
- Knowledge of other video games. Very soon, Baru will be adding support for other video games.
- Direct and upfront communication. Baru is an early-stage product. If you run into any issues, we expect you to report these directly to us (over Discord or Slack) so that we can fix the issues.
