SCRIPT WRITER - Short Form [TikTok]

full time script writer needed - CANNOT USE ANY Ai tools for SCRIPTING!

I’m a creator with 7M+ TikTok followers looking for a long-term partnership with a script writer for my shortform content. Looking for someone who can craft viral, high-retention scripts for my TikTok content in a way that feels authentic and true to my natural voice and delivery of my existing videos. I handle all Ideation, I just need someone fast, creative, and consistent who can keep quality high and wants work to do everyday. The scripts are not hard and should take at most a few hours to create the amount im looking for which is around 8 scripts per day. Each script should have a read time of around 35-55 seconds.

Primary Goal - To entertain, inform, and visualize a story through writing.

Process: Ideas will be given for all scripts, this role focuses on bringing those ideas to life.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be given a list of ideas fro ---------- , and it is your job to turn these ideas and craft viral high performing scripts around them based on the research you've done.

Research and analyze viral videos within the assigned niche to identify viral trends, patterns, hooks and key elements that drive performance.

Write high retention short-form video scripts, including strong hooks, engaging bodies, and proper closings.

REQUIREMENTS:

Understanding of Short-Form Content:

Strong grasp of script structure (hooks, story telling, value delivery, pacing, and length).

Understanding of what makes videos go viral and how to engage audiences quickly.

Demonstrated ability to write high-performing, engaging short-form scripts

Ability to craft attention-grabbing hooks and maintain viewer retention throughout.

Original Work Only:

Do not use AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to write or generate content.

Highly Organized and Detail-Oriented:

Keeps projects, files, and communication well-structured and up to date.

Long-Term Mindset:
