An Auckland New Zealand based residential building company is looking for a virtual Assistant. The successful applicant will complete day-to-day accounts payable tasks to assist in the accuracy of accounts payable. You will work closely with the Operations Manager daily in a rewarding working environment, and your income will be based on your previous experience with the ability to grow with the company.
Accounts tasks :
Accounts payable
Reconciliations of statements
Comparing of invoices received to Purchase orders, packing slips and quotes
Email
Appointment setting
Data entry
Position requirements :
Excellent English skills
Highly organised and effective time management skills with the ability to multitask, meet all deadlines and respond flexibly to the requirements of the business
Detail oriented
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Positive attitude
Experience with Xero accounting software
A background in Construction Administration is preferrable
High levels of accuracy and numeracy whilst working at pace
Strong ability to work with the wider team to achieve deadlines and progress to plan
