Social Media Manager - Long Term Employment US (Real Estate)

We’re hiring a growth-minded Social Media Manager in the Philippines to support our top-producing luxury real estate team in San Francisco, CA, U.S. You must have a dedicated workspace free from distractions and be available from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST.

This is a long-term role for someone who wants to do high-quality work in a fast-moving, high-performing team. We operate with clear standards, strong communication, and a lot of trust. We move quickly, support each other, and focus on results — not just staying busy.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

You’ll work closely with our Marketing Manager and leadership team to turn raw video, ideas, and strategy into high-impact Instagram content that strengthens our brand, attracts high-quality leads, and positions us as market leaders.

We’re looking for someone who thinks clearly, executes consistently, communicates openly, and isn’t afraid to speak up or share their ideas. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys contributing in a fast-moving, high-standard environment and wants their work to make a real impact.

You’ll have clear direction and expectations, and you’ll be trusted to manage your responsibilities and improve how things are done.

DAY TO DAY

-Content Creation & Video Editing
-Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels using CapCut
-Add hooks, captions, subtitles, and on-screen text
-Write SEO-optimized captions, alt text, and CTAs using Gemini, ChatGPT, or similar tools
-Create branded graphics and carousels using Canva
-Social Media Management
-Schedule and publish content on Instagram
-Monitor comments and messages
-Apply social SEO (keywords, geo-tags, alt text) so content is discoverable on Google
-Stay up to date on trends and algorithm changes

ANALYTICS & SYSTEMS

-Track engagement, reach, and performance
-Share insights on what’s working and what’s not
-Build and maintain workflows in Asana so content flows smoothly from filming to posting

SKILL AND EXPEREINCE

-3+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, including video editing
-Strong short-form video editing skills (Reels)
-Ability to write engaging, professional captions
-Understanding of social media SEO and keyword usage
-Comfortable using Instagram, Canva, CapCut, Google Workspace, Asana, ManyChat, and Later
-Experience with U.S. clients is a plus
-Experience with real estate or luxury brands is a bonus

-Salary: $1000-$1800 USD a month (including bonuses), commensurate with qualifications and experience.
