Full Time SEO Specialist with Link Building Experience

We are hiring a Full-Time SEO Specialist with proven experience in manual link building and outreach. Your primary responsibility will be to outreach to a curated list of target websites and secure placements in their directories, resource lists, and curated pages.

This is an execution-focused role and requires someone who is highly organized, consistent with follow-ups, and able to track outreach efforts properly. This is a project-based role with potential for long-term work for the right candidate.

We prioritize applicants who demonstrate strong attention to detail and can follow instructions accurately.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform manual outreach to a list of pre-approved target sites for backlink placements such as: directories, resource lists/pages, curated “best of” lists, and relevant website listings

Write and send personalized outreach emails (no generic spam templates).

Follow up consistently and professionally to increase placement success rate.

Maintain accurate tracking of all outreach activity, including: target URL and notes, contact details, date contacted + follow-up schedule, communication logs / responses, status (pending / accepted / rejected), live backlink URL once secured

REQUIREMENTS

Proven experience as an SEO Specialist / Link Builder.

Experience with SEMRush

Strong background in outreach-based link building, directory/resource page placements, and follow-up tracking systems.

Strong English writing skills for professional outreach communication.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and consistent.

Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

PREFERRED / BONUS

Strong understanding of link quality evaluation (relevance, metrics, spam risks).
