JOB OVERVIEW

We’re looking for a high-level Creative Strategist to join our fast-growing ecommerce agency and help scale multiple brands on Meta, across different niches in the US & UK markets.
This is not a basic “content manager” role.?We need someone who deeply understands performance creatives, consumer psychology, hooks, iterations, and how winning ads are built for paid social.
You’ll work directly with the media buying team and coordinate editors/designers to consistently launch and improve high-performing creatives.


What You’ll Do
* Research competitors, trends, viral formats, and winning ad angles
* Develop new ad concepts, hooks, offers, and content directions
* Create clear creative briefs for video editors and graphic designers
* Manage iterations and testing pipelines based on performance data
* Work closely with media buyers to identify creative needs and scaling opportunities
* Analyze winning creatives and continuously improve outputs
* Organize and manage creative production DAILY workflows efficiently
* Ensure creatives are adapted for US & UK audiences

What We’re Looking For
* Strong understanding of Meta Ads creative strategy
* Experience working with ecommerce / DTC brands
* Ability to identify winning formats and performance patterns
* Deep understanding of hooks, retention, UGC structures, and direct-response marketing
* Strong communication and project management skills
* Experience managing editors and designers
* Ability to move fast and handle multiple brands simultaneously
* Highly organized and performance-oriented mindset
