SEO Manager/Director (Dental & Ortho Industry)

We are a leading digital marketing agency for orthodontics and dental professionals and we’re seeking an experienced SEO Manager/Director to lead SEO strategy and execution across multiple client accounts. This role is ideal for a strategic SEO professional who can drive measurable results, guide teams, and own organic growth initiatives end to end.

Requirements:
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with proven results
- Strong English communication skills (written & spoken)
- Experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms
- Highly tech-savvy and comfortable with digital tools
- Hands-on experience with Alli AI and AI-driven SEO tools
- Experience managing SEO strategy for multiple accounts and collaborating with writers and web teams

Responsibilities
1. Own and oversee SEO strategy and execution across all assigned client accounts
2. Develop and manage 3–6 month SEO roadmaps aligned with business goals
3. Lead advanced keyword research, keyword mapping, and ongoing keyword performance tracking
4. Oversee technical and on-page SEO initiatives, including:
- Site architecture and internal linking
- Metadata, H-tags, alt text, sitemaps, robots.txt
- Google Business Profile (GBP) optimization
5. Guide content strategy by: assigning content topics to writers, reviewing and approving SEO content on a monthly basis, ensuring content aligns with keyword strategy and search intent
6. Coordinate with the web team to publish blogs, service pages, and location-based content
7. Monitor live URLs, organic performance, and maintain accurate reporting dashboards
8. Analyze SEO performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations
9. Stay ahead of SEO trends, algorithm updates, and AI-driven optimization opportunities
