Virtual Assistant for making YouTube Shorts

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are a highly systemized YouTube Automation business focused on search-based content and high-volume short-form video production.

We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to handle the finalization and uploading of YouTube Shorts at a fast, consistent pace. This is a long-term, stable role for someone who follows instructions extremely well and enjoys repetitive, system-driven work.

You will be working with clear SOPs, templates, and step-by-step training. No guessing. No chaos.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finalize 30–40 short-form videos per day (approx. 2 minutes each) using provided tools and SOPs

Create thumbnails using Canva templates and guidelines

Upload and schedule YouTube Shorts

Optimize titles, descriptions, and tags according to instructions

Maintain consistent daily output and quality

Follow SOPs exactly and meet daily deadlines

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)

We prefer age 30/40 but if you the exprience can be younger

Fluent written and spoken English

Prior experience with YouTube, especially Shorts or high-volume uploads

Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and SOPs

Reliable internet connection and consistent availability

Basic graphic design skills (Canva or similar)

Willing to commit long-term (this is not a short project)

PAY & BENEFITS

$2.50 – $4.00 USD per hour START IS $2.50 after few month up to $4.50
