Part-Time Cold Caller – Property / Airbnb Business

Hours: Part-time, 5 hours per day
Location: Remote
Pay: Competitive (hourly + bonuses per secured opportunity)

About the Role

I run a growing Airbnb property business and I’m actively expanding my portfolio. I’m looking for a confident, motivated Cold Caller to contact estate agents and private landlords on my behalf to source suitable properties.

I don’t have the time to make these calls myself, so your role will be pure outreach, speaking to agents and landlords, building rapport, and booking opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
• Cold call estate agents and private landlords daily
• Introduce our Airbnb / serviced accommodation business clearly and professionally
• Build rapport and handle basic objections confidently
• Identify and qualify suitable properties
• Gather key information and pass warm leads back to me
• Keep simple records of calls and outcomes

What I’m Looking For
• Confident phone manner (you’re not scared to pick up the phone)
• Clear English and good communication skills
• Comfortable with cold calling and rejection
• Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
• Previous cold calling, sales, or telesales experience is a bonus (not essential)
