Overview
The Digital Marketing & Web Development Manager is responsible for driving the company’s online presence through strategic digital marketing, paid advertising, and ongoing website development. This role blends performance marketing with hands-on web and content execution to support brand growth and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and optimize paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta/Instagram, and other platforms)

Oversee website development, updates, performance, and user experience (including landing pages and conversion optimization)

Implement and manage digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals

Create, coordinate, and publish digital content for web and social platforms (primarily Instagram and related channels)

Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, website analytics, and ROI

Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with brand positioning and growth targets

Ensure brand consistency across all digital channels

Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Qualifications

Experience in digital marketing, paid advertising, and website development

Proficiency with ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, etc.)

Working knowledge of website platforms, CMS tools, and basic SEO principles

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data

Creative mindset with attention to detail and brand presentation

Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

Experience with conversion rate optimization and funnel design

Familiarity with email marketing and marketing automation tools

Basic graphic or content creation experience
