Role Overview

We’re hiring a Cold Caller to join our Realtor Outreach team. This role is focused on outbound cold calling to licensed Realtors using a proven script and established systems.

This position already exists within our company, so you’ll be stepping into a structured environment with clear expectations, training, and ongoing support.

Compensation & Hours

$6 CAD/hour

160–220 hours per month

With performance bonuses, typical monthly earnings range from $1,000–$1,500 CAD

Ideal Candidate Profile

Strong English communication skills

Prior cold calling or outbound sales experience preferred

Comfortable on video calls and professional in presentation

Reliable, coachable, and consistent

Confident speaking with Realtors over the phone
